This is the thickest breast insert, but it's meant to be worn under the bottom and outer side of the breast. It takes a little effort and skill to maneuver it to suit your bra and breasts correctly, but once you get it right, it makes a BIG difference.
This pushes up the natural breast mass to the top of the cups. It conceals best in padded/lined bras. Really thin cup seamless bras are going to show the little ridge/bump where the insert and your breast tissue meet.
If you are just wanting to fill up a little emptiness in the cups due to uneven breast size, you should get the 'Glam' instead. If you need just a little bump but not as much cleavage, then you'll need the 'Umph' instead.
