This bra is ideal for low-impact sports like yoga or just something comfortable to wear all day. Even though you can convert the straps to a crisscross style for a slightly tighter fit, I still wouldn't recommend it for medium- to high-impact sports. The cups are lightly padded, providing both a nice shape and a little modesty.
