This bra runs big in the band and the cups run small. It is really hard to get the right fit with this one. If you are unsure, just order up in the cup and leave the band size alone but keep in mind it won't offer the best support. This bra is not padded at all and is a thinner material. The Anita 5035 is a much better nursing underwire option with a much better fit and it is also seamless and smooth under shirts. This is a nice bra but order carefully.
