What is ProModal?
ProModal is a fiber blend that is extracted from indigenous beech wood. Numerous ecological concerns are taken into consideration. Timber from sustainably grown forest plantations is used. The land utilized could not have been used for any other purpose (as opposed to cotton that requires agricultural land and more water). During production they have a much lower impact on the human environment than cotton. Thus the yield of ProModal is approximately 6 times higher and the water consumption is 10-20 times lower.
