This bra will fit best if sized and purchased after delivery. It runs pretty snug in the band so you'll probably want to order a band size bigger. It's not as supportive for very heavy breasts and does not provide as much coverage as other nursing styles. For the J-K cups I would recommend the Panache "Alisha" or "Sophie" or some of the Hotmilk styles as you will just get a much better fit and better support.
