This is a great sports bra for women who are very petite or have narrow shoulders. It has a really breathable but thicker cup material. You do have to pull this on over the head to get it on. Also, if you are not as full in the bust, you should size down one cup size from what you regularly wear. If you have a lot of side breast tissue, you may fit better in the Panache #5021 or the original Freya Active #4002.
