Great for Zumba, Aerobics
July 8, 2011 | By Sheila
Great shape, great support. As a 34H, I now feel comfortable doing Zumba and high impact step aerobics. I bought a too-small size at first, thinking all sports bras are stretchy. This one is snug so make sure you get your size.

Essential for the Gym!
August 7, 2011 | By Diane
This would have to be one of the best sports bras I have ever owned!! It is a joy to wear - it supports me so well I don't even notice it's there. I have the 36F in black and I love it. I found it very true to size but bear in mind it is not designed to stretch with you, so measure very carefully according to the excellent directions on this website and order accordingly. This is a quality bra made with comfortable, breathable fabric that keeps you cool even as it supports. The cups are non-stretchy and seamed and I find they hold my boobs up firmly yet comfortably, and also give a very natural and attractive shape with excellent separation. The seams running horizontally across the front of each cup do show somewhat under a t-shirt. However, that's the only negative thing I can think of about this item. Also, I have found that with repeated washing, that does not show as much or at all. Finally, I would say it is not a 100% zero-bounce bra. For higher impact activities, I still get some jiggling but on the other hand, I have yet to find a bra that completely eliminates bounce. (Sigh.) Even the Enell, which seems to work for so many women does not work for me. The only thing I've found that completely eliminates bounce is to "double-bag" 'em - that is, I put a very firm-fitting compression bra on over the top of a bra like this Freya one when I need to do lots of leaping around, for example, a kick-boxing class for something. Bottom line: this is a wonderful bra! Buy one!

Thrilled to have discovered this bra!
October 16, 2011 | By Liz
This is the only bra I'll wear to exercise (running and aerobics). I used to double up my running bras, now I don't have to. I have heavy H cups and not only am I supported, this makes me look smaller and gives me two distinct breasts rather than the dreaded uniboob. I even wear it as a "day bra". Get it--you won't be sorry!

great support!
April 26, 2012 | By Emily
I'm a 32H, and I can jump rope in this bra! And run stairs! My chest does not move at all. Out of the package, it looks astonishingly like a normal bra, but once it's on it gives serious support. The band feels a bit tighter than my other 32H bras, and the straps are almost too short for me, but then I'm 6' tall.

Good but

Like another reviewer - I found that this has too short straps. I am not tall (the other reviewer was 6', I am 5'6") It puts too much stress on shoulders. Also I think I would err on the side of moving up in cup size. But mainly, the straps cause discomfort. This is actually a pretty common defect in some bras... I often note that I have no room for adjustment. My sizes run US 36 DDD/Euro F to on size up in cup and more rarely in band size. Its just that the natural place for the band to sit is not allowed with stingy straps.
Breakout Bras comment: We believe that you are in the incorrect size and that your issues with this style would be fixed if you were to purchase it in the right size.
