This bra is AWESOME. It does run full in the cups, so most women have needed one smaller than what they wear in most of their bras. The underwire has padding around it and it's NOT metal, but a flexible plastic. The cups are lined, you can convert it to a racerback effect with one little hook, and it is VERY comfortable. It also offers a more forward and rounding shape compared to the Freya #4002. (If you're plus size, you should get #8040 by Elomi instead, since it's specifically designed for plus size women.)
