Breakout Bras 60 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Breakout Bras is committed to excellent customer service. We understand that it can be a challenge to find the right bra or swimsuit when purchasing Online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Requirements to return or exchange products:
  • Item(s) must be in brand new, resell-able condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Must NOT have odors (perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke, etc.)
  • No stains or pet hair
  • Items CANNOT have been washed
  • Items must NOT have been in any way molded or stretched to fit your body
  • Panties must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned panties and other items with a crotch area are inspected very closely to ensure that they are in pristine condition.
  • Please return items in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: formed/hard cup bras should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small that crush the product. We ship these items in packages appropriate to protect the product and avoid misshaping or damage in shipment.)
  • Print our easy Return Form and fill out the information needed so you can include it with your returning item(s) . You can download one here.

Regular Price and Sale Price Bras:
  • Can be returned for refund or exchange
  • Items must be sent back within 60 days from the date they were received

Regular and Sale Price Swimwear:
  • For exchange or store credit only
  • Items must be sent back within 60 days from the date they were received

Bridal Items- Including Bustiers, Corsets, and Strapless Bras:
  • Eligible for return up to two (2) weeks from your date of receipt
  • Must meet all of the above listed return requirements
  • This bridal policy is rigorously enforced and we will return any items sent to us past this two (2) week time-frame.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to the nature of the product and/or for hygienic reasons:
  • Shape-wear Items (including Girdles and all Squeem products)
  • Breast Pumps
  • Pump Replacement Parts
  • Bottles
  • Breast Pads
  • Clearance Items (These items will be clearly marked with a “Final Clearance Price”.)

60 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

You can choose to return your package via any method of your choice. We recommend an insured or trackable method. Please note that your return shipping fees are not refundable. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost for exchanges. Please be aware that if you place an order for multiple sizes, and return most or all of the items, your order could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may contact you to offer sizing assistance in order to cut down on the amount of products to be returned and to help you find the right fit. If you are having a difficult time deciding what to order, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help!

Once your exchange/return is received at our processing facility and inspected by our Returns Department (usually within 5-10 business days of receipt), we will process your request and E-mail you with an update and/or shipping information.

If you are exchanging, please fill out the return form detailing the item(s) being returned and the size, color and style number of the item(s) you wish to have in exchange. Any price difference will be charged/credited to the original form of payment when the exchange ships. The exchange will be sent to you free of any additional shipping charge.

If you are returning something for a refund, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment minus any shipping costs we incurred in the initial processing of your order. (Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.)
