Breakout Bras 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Breakout Bras is committed to excellent customer service. We understand that it can be a challenge to find the right bra or swimsuit when purchasing online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days.

Requirements For Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, and brand new condition (free of: odors including perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke; deodorant; stains; and pet hair)
  • All original packaging and tags must be included and intact
  • Panties must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned panties and other items with a crotch area are inspected very closely to ensure pristine condition.
  • Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: formed/hard cup bras should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small that crush the product.)

Items Not Eligible for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit:

  • Breast Pumps, Replacement Parts, or Bottles
  • Breast Pads, Lilypadz Products, and Breast Forms
  • Laundering Products (Lasting Care Wash products, etc.)
  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale

Bridal/Special Occasion Items- Including Bustiers, Corsets, and Strapless Bras:

  • Eligible for return up to two (2) weeks from date of receipt
  • Must meet all of the above listed return requirements
  • This bridal policy is rigorously enforced, and items returned past this two (2) week time-frame will not be accepted.

How To Return

You can choose to return your package via any method of your choice. We recommend an insured or trackable method. Please note that your return shipping fees are not refundable. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost for exchanges.

Processing Time: You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your exchange/return has been received at our processing facility. It will be inspected and processed by our Returns Department within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging, please fill out the return form detailing the item being returned and the size, color and style number of the item you wish to have in exchange. Any price difference will be charged/credited to the original form of payment when the exchange ships. The exchange will be sent to you free of any additional shipping charge.
**If you need your exchange quickly, contact customer service at 1-866-870-8911 to place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately then issue a full refund as soon as we receive back your return (you are responsible for shipping the items back to us).

Refunds: If you are returning something for a refund, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment minus any shipping costs we incurred in the initial processing of your order. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

**Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable

Shipping Deduction: If you are returning something for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost we originally incurred when shipping the product to you. This is typically $3-5 per item for US customers and up to $7-9 for Canadian customers. We will be happy to issue the amount of the deduction as a store credit for future use. Please indicate that you would like your deduction issued as store credit on your return form.

Late Returns/Exchanges: Returns outside of the 30 days require a return authorization issued by Breakout Bras. Please call customer service at 1-866-870-8911 for authorization prior to returning. We reserve the right to refuse your return. If accepted, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee in addition to the shipping deduction (if applicable).
