Breakout Bras 60 Day Return/Exchange Policy
Breakout Bras is committed to excellent customer service. We understand that it can be a challenge to find the right bra or swimsuit when purchasing Online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to the nature of the product and/or for hygienic reasons:
60 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS You can choose to return your package via any method of your choice. We recommend an insured or trackable method. Please note that your return shipping fees are not refundable. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost for exchanges. Please be aware that if you place an order for multiple sizes, and return most or all of the items, your order could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may contact you to offer sizing assistance in order to cut down on the amount of products to be returned and to help you find the right fit. If you are having a difficult time deciding what to order, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help! Ship your items to us at the address below: Breakout Bras Attn: Returns 621 Haywood Road Greenville, SC 29607 Once your exchange/return is received at our processing facility and inspected by our Returns Department (usually within 5-10 business days of receipt), we will process your request and E-mail you with an update and/or shipping information. If you are exchanging, please fill out the return form detailing the item(s) being returned and the size, color and style number of the item(s) you wish to have in exchange. Any price difference will be charged/credited to the original form of payment when the exchange ships. The exchange will be sent to you free of any additional shipping charge. If you are returning something for a refund, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment minus any shipping costs we incurred in the initial processing of your order. (Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.) |
