Lots of crossover bras shift you out instead of containing you in the middle, but not the Valmont (1611B). This sleep and leisure bra is pretty accommodating in the cups. You can fit about a UK G cup or smaller in the D/DD size, and they've extended the sizes to include F/G-H/I US! This is a great style for pre- and post-surgery since its breathable and has a comfortable, flexible band under the bust. The stretchier, non-adjustable straps mean someone with a short torso will need to go down a cup size for a little more compression. If you need the bra to fit a little better, consider having the straps altered with a quick cut-and-sew.
