The Cate Allure is very similar in fit and shape to the regular Cate, but with a few very specific upgrades. While the band runs firmer, it's also wider and more built-out for better back coverage and a smoother look. If you're wearing the original Cate and want the same band support, I'd recommend ordering one band size up from your usual size. If you wear other Elomi styles, like the Morgan or Lucie, I wouldn't adjust the band size at all. The trademark embroidery has been upgraded to a smoother "no show" lace for a much cleaner look under shirts and dresses. The Cate Allure wires are also a little bit more flexible than the Cate, and the overall design and feel are that of a minimizer bra.
