This is really nice for women who want a bra that conforms to their body shape but who still need adjustable straps to get the right fit. These straps won't slip—they detach and hook into different slots (5) to really pull up in the bra if you need it. If you are smaller in the body but are above average in the bust, go up a size so you aren't squished.
