This bra is fantastic for women directly post-surgery. It will flex and contour with any swelling or changes you may experience without feeling binding around the body or under the arms. This really accommodates very well even if you've had a partial or lumpectomy.
If you have a drainage bulb, you should get 'Marianne' instead- it's the same garment with attachment to hold the bulb easily.

    The Carefix Mary Front Close Post-Op Bra 3343 has a seamless design for sensitive skin and is recommended for post mastectomy. This post-op bra has bilateral pockets to hold a lightweight breast form along with front adjustable straps and convenient hook & eye closure at the front. The wide shoulder straps are comfortable and this post-op bra is latex free.
