This bandeau has lightweight padded cups that support nicely and really shape even heavier breasts forward and up unlike a lot of other bandeau tops that let heavier breasts squish together and droop down. You can ACTUALLY wear this with the straps and keep the excellent support.
If you're shallow on top of the bust, you may be able to get one cup size smaller than your normal size if you want a little more volume, but this fits true to size, so if you are naturally pretty full or have softer tissue, stick with your correct size so that you don't pop out on top.
