This bra has a very firm band, especially around the back. I would really recommend going up a band size if you're between sizes or feel uncomfortable with firm underbust bands. I would also recommend going up a band size, or choosing another of our HOTmilk nursing bras, if you are very prone to mastitis or sensitive to pressure.
