Melissa's CommentsThis bra works great as a nursing sports bra if you have small breasts. No larger than a true DD or F cup. LLLI calls this a high impact bra but it has more moderate support. I personally think that a regular sports bra is the best way to go anyway. The size ranges are better, the fabrics are actually designed for working out, and they are more supportive. And since there is no nursing sports bra on the market currently above an F cup, a regular sports bra is the only option for those with larger breasts. Besides, you really should only wear a sports bra when you need it for sports activities, and there are so many better non-nursing sports bras on the market. Try Freya #4002, Elomi #8040 or Anita #5529.
No wires, no metal hardware, nothing to get between you and supportive easy-to-use comfort. The LLLI High Impact Softcup Sports Nursing Bra 4102 allows you to spend the day being as active as you want from Pilates to jogging but at any time have easy-to-use, single hand drop cups for quick convenient nursing.
