This runs a little stretchy in the band, so if you fall between sizes, get the smaller size so it doesn't stretch out too quickly. The upper cups have a great stretch lace that contains but flexes to hug to your breasts whether you're fuller on top or shallow, or have one that's bigger than the other. If you have fuller breasts, you're going to look more plump and round on top. If you are softer tissue then you'll still get great lift but you'll be more covered on top. If you are shallow on top of the bust and sometimes have difficulty filling up fuller cup styles, then you should go down one cup size.
