Breakout Bras Return & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for choosing Breakout Bras! We’re dedicated to helping you find the perfect fit with our bras, swimsuits, and intimate apparel. We understand that shopping for intimates online can be challenging, so we’ve designed a clear and fair policy that balances customer convenience with hygiene standards and business sustainability.

 If you live within 50 miles of our Greenville, SC store (525 Haywood Rd., Greenville, SC 29607), we strongly encourage in-person visits for expert fittings. In-store return rules apply, including a 15% restocking fee on returns over $250

  • Unsure about sizing? Schedule a virtual fitting by phone or email or visit our store.
  • For orders of multiple sizes or styles, our team may contact you before shipping to help refine your selection.
  • Orders over $250 are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet these strict hygiene and condition standards (we inspect every return):

Returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition (no odors such as perfume, body odor, or smoke; no deodorant marks, stains, or pet hair).
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • Panties and crotch-area items must be tried on over your own clean underwear.
  • Properly packaged for return (use a box for molded-cup bras to prevent damage).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, legal, or sale reasons:

Online Customers:

  •     NuBra products, nipple care, nipple covers, breast forms
  •     Laundering Products (e.g., Lasting Care Wash, Soak).
  •     Clearance, Final Sale, or promotional items marked as such.

In-Store Customers (because these items can be tried on and confirmed before purchase):

  • Adhesive bras (e.g., NuBra, Booby Tape, NOOD, nipple covers), panties, bodysuits, corsets/bustiers, babydoll/lingerie, hosiery, breast pads/forms, bridal items, girdles/shapewear.
  • Laundering products (e.g., Lasting Care Wash, Soak).
  • Mapale Sets from the “Sexier Lingerie Sets” section.
  • Fashion accessories (bra extenders, shoulder pads, fashion tape, etc.).
  • Swimwear
  • Items purchased without confirming the correct style and fit by trying them on. This includes In-Store Pick Up orders.
  • Clearance, Final Sale, or promotional items marked as such.

In-Store & Curbside Pickup Note: We strongly recommend trying on items before leaving the store or at pickup. No returns are accepted on items not tried on, purchased in a knowingly incorrect size, or against your fitter’s advice. Swimwear, shapewear, and strapless bras purchased in-store or curbside have no returns.

Redo Unlimited Returns & Exchanges + Package Protection (Recommended Option)

For just $2.98 at checkout, add Redo Unlimited Free Returns & Exchanges + Package Protection. This optional coverage includes:

  • Unlimited free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery (prepaid return shipping labels provided via the Redo portal).
  • Package Protection against carrier loss or damage while the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Important Package Protection Details:

  • Coverage applies only during transit with the carrier.
  • It does not cover post-delivery theft, porch piracy, or damage after delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted to us within 5 business days of discovering the issue. We require carrier confirmation (e.g., tracking status showing lost or damaged) plus clear photographs of the package and items. Additional documentation may be requested to verify the claim.

If you select Redo at checkout, you’ll receive an email with portal access and simple instructions.

If You Decline Redo Coverage We still offer one complimentary exchange per order:

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • We ship the replacement at no extra charge.

Any additional exchanges or returns after the first complimentary exchange are at the customer’s expense. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and may need to use your own shipping method.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy or shows signs of abuse/fraud.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s). Packages are processed in the order they are received.
  • Exchanges are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s). Packages are processed in the order they are received.

Please Note:

Return shipping labels expire 12 days after issuance and will no longer be accepted by the carrier after that date. This shorter window helps keep the return and exchange process smooth, timely, and streamlined for everyone. This is especially true for customers who purchase Redo coverage, which provides unlimited free prepaid labels.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries internationally, but not to all countries. Shipping availability, rates, and any restrictions for your specific country will be displayed at checkout. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

International Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange policies (including the 30-day post-delivery window, eligibility requirements, and hygiene standards) apply to international customers the same as domestic customers. However, Redo coverage is not available for international orders.

  • Returns and exchanges are not free for international customers.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any subsequent exchange shipping charges.
  • We recommend contacting customer service before initiating an international return so we can guide you on the best options and process.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Log into our Return Portal HERE and follow the prompts.

This is the same portal for all customers whether you purchased Redo coverage or not. All available options (including Redo-specific features if you selected it) will be clearly displayed once you enter your order number.
