This fits true to size in the band. The cups work best for ladies with fuller tissue that really want that popped up, full look. This has a little strip of fabric along the edge of the cup, which helps to keep the cup curved more inward, toward the bust instead of creating a lip that can curl away on some breast types.
If you have really soft tissue, this style probably won't work for you because you'll shift out of the center. If you just lack a little fullness in the top and fall between 2 cup sizes, get the smaller cup size so that it hugs well on top.
