This sports bra is really designed for lighter activities and casual wear, so I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than low-intensity exercise like yoga or gardening. It's incredibly comfortable, though, and you'll find yourself reaching for it again and again to wear as an everyday bra or lounging around the house! This is a Breakout Bras customer favorite.
