This runs true to size in the band, and the cups contain well but are not super deep/full. If you have really soft tissue or fuller, plump tissue, you may need a cup bigger so that the edge doesn't dig into your breasts. It's GREAT for women who have shallow breasts and great for women with a concave rib cage because the wire hugs but doesn't dig in the middle. Manufacturer Recommended Washing Instructions: 30 degrees C (86F) delicate wash (gentle cycle). Always use a cold water cycle of maximum 30 degrees C when machine-washing your lingerie. The gentle cycle can be used for modal, viscose, acrylic fiber, polyester and polyamide fabrics. Please do not place your lingerie in the dryer.
