If you're prone to a heavy flow or you're looking for the kind of panty that can handle overnight wear even during the heaviest part of your period, this is what I would recommend! The fit is very comfortable - a slightly lower waistband, low-cut legs, and the mesh cut-outs are super cute. Fit is true to size.

These period panties will absorb about the same amount as five tampons, making them the strongest option available from PROOF.
