The inner mesh panel on this style adds an extra layer of support while adding a modern feel to the overall look. This style runs pretty firm in the band but you should be okay sticking with your usual size, especially if you want the maximum support that a good sports bra should provide. I would only recommend going with a larger band and smaller cup if you fall between sizes and want a more comfortable fit and feel.
