Prize Package Getaway Rules and Regulations

Prize Breakdown:
Private Bra Fitting: The $1000 in free products includes bras, panties, or other items of the winner’s choice, subject to availability. The fitting will take place at Breakout Bras’ retail store between 8 - 9 am on June 13th, 2025
Spa Day: The Journey spa day package at MG Grand Day Spa includes 30 minute Classic Swedish Massage, Pick Me Up Beauty Flash Facial, Cloud 9 Pedicure, and Heavenly Hand Treatment / Manicure for the winner and their guest. Additional services may be available at the winner’s expense.
Hotel Stay: The three-night stay at AC Hotel in downtown Greenville includes standard accommodations for two from June 12-15, 2025. Upgrades or extensions are at the winner’s expense.
Dinner: The dinner for two in downtown Greenville includes a meal at Hall’s Chophouse, up to a value of $150, in the form of a gift card. Alcoholic beverages and gratuity are not included.
Transportation: For the US national or Canadian winner only. They will be provided a round trip flight. They will also have free Uber rides to their fitting, spa day, and dinner. Any extra Uber rides will be at the winner's expense.

Official Rules:
Selection Process: Winners will be randomly selected on May 1 and NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE within 5 business days. The winners will be receiving an email from: marketing@breakoutbras.com. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen. We will also make an announcement on all our social media platforms who the winners are. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS OR MESSENGER ABOUT BEING A WINNER. WE WILL NOT ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PAYMENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. ANYONE WHO DOES IS A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize, including income tax. A 1099-MISC form may be issued for prizes over $600 (for US residents).
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winners consent to Breakout Bras using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposed without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Who Can Enter: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, if applicable due to local laws) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Breakout Bras, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Entry Method: To enter, customers must fill out and submit the entry form on this page. No purchase necessary to enter.
Entry Limits: Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Breakout Bras is not liable for failure to fulfill the prize due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, Breakout Bras may provide an alternative prize or cancel the giveaway without liability.

Breakout Bras is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize, including but not limited to travel, spa services, or dining experiences."
Breakout Bras is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the prize (e.g., hotel availability, spa closures) due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a comparable alternative may be provided at Breakout Bras’ discretion.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to Breakout Bras collecting and using your personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless specified by Breakout Bras.
The Canadian or US National winner need to confirm ability to travel on those dates within 2 or 3 days after notification.
The prize must be redeemed by June 13, 2025, or it will be forfeited.

Breakout Bras reserves the right to cancel or modify due to unforeseen circumstances.
|
|
US National winners need to have proper required documentation for travel. Real IDs or passports will be required for domestic flight by May 7th, 2025. We will not be covering any costs associated with obtaining these travel documents. Check your state website on the requirements and instructions for how to get your Real ID if you do not already have one.
Winners are responsible for any incidental expenses during the hotel stay, such as room service, parking, or additional nights.
Valid identification and compliance with hotel check-in requirements are required.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: please make sure that your passport is up-to-date and you have all the travel documents necessary to travel to the United States. We will not be covering any costs of these travel documents. Here is a helpful website that lists many travel tips and guidelines for Canadians, including paying duty and taxes on goods purchased in the United States.

By entering into the contest, you are agreeing to not hold Breakout Bras responsible for any additional costs of your trip outside of car transportation, plane tickets, hotel reservations, spa reservations, and dinner reservations. Breakout Bras will not be paying for any taxes or duties that are required for goods that were purchased while on your stay in the United States.
