I’ve been on the hunt for a good fitting bra for a while. Being a K/J cup it is hard to find bras in store to try on. I’ve ordered multiple bras from this website and returned multiple bras as well. The return process is easy and it gives me a chance to feel normal. I love being able to try on multiple bras and return the ones that I don’t like.

The return policy is very generous, especially for those of us who have had substantial changes in size and can't quite find what fits anymore.

I think it is beneficial for those like me who are trying to find the correct style for their shape. However calling it free isn't accurate. You pay almost $3.00 for the privilege - while inexpensive it is not free.

They did process my return quickly but I really had to dig to find out how to start a return process. It’s very buried in their website, I fear for folks who have average computer skills
