These low rise thongs are soft and comfortable, and sit at or below the hips, depending on where you prefer to wear them. The stretch lace at the waistband is broad, so it flexes evenly on the hips and hugs without cutting in. There should be no rolling or flipping unless you're outside the size range that Hanky Panky recommends.
