Free Unlimited Return Valid in US.

The return policy is very generous, especially for those of us who have had substantial changes in size and can't quite find what fits anymore.

I think it is beneficial for those like me who are trying to find the correct style for their shape. However calling it free isn't accurate. You pay almost $3.00 for the privilege - while inexpensive it is not free.

They did process my return quickly but I really had to dig to find out how to start a return process. It’s very buried in their website, I fear for folks who have average computer skills

Sometimes I don't know how a bra will fit me and I am so thankful to have this option to return or exchange for a different size. Bras aren't cheap and there's nothing worse than being stuck with something that doesn't fit right that you paid 80 to 100 or more dollars on.

I bought the unlimited return option just in case
I needed to return my purchase. I kept my purchase, but am still glad I chose that return option
