This cup doesn't have a lot of accommodation for high-set full tissue, as the band along the top of the cup can dig in. If you have shallow tissue, lower-set tissue, or you're asymmetric, though, this bra will work very well to give you a nicely rounded, uplifted shape with forward projection.
