The seamed cups are firm and structured to give a nice shape, and it hugs really well to the chest so you shouldn't have gapping or emptiness in the tops of the cups. I really like this style for women who have had a lumpectomy, partial mastectomy, or have a noticeable difference in size between their breasts. You can use filler in the cups or use a breast form in the pockets to even out the difference easily. Because of the way the cups are designed, it will accommodate the larger breast while still hugging nicely to the smaller breast.
