The Sculptresse Esme is a very comfortable style that gives great lift and lots of upper cup volume. It can, however, start off with a somewhat conical shape when new. The bottom cup material is more rigid than the upper mesh lace, and the transition isn't as smooth as I'd like. If you have very full breasts or are in-between sizes, you absolutely must go up a cup size, or it will create a bubble above the seam that will show through your clothes. If you need more flexibility in the upper cup, I would recommend trying the Envy by Panache or the Bliss or Dream by Sculptresse.
