Carefix is a fantastic brand to consider when looking at post-op bras. Their Alice bra has two rows of hook-and-eye closures in the front, and the adjustable straps hook into place to ensure they don't slip throughout the day. The fabric is stretchy to ensure that it offers just the right amount of flexibility and compression. The Carefix Alice runs fairly true to size, but it only fits up to a UK FF cup/US H cup. If you need a larger cup size, I would consider the Carefix Bree. If you have issues with fastening due to mobility issues, I recommend fastening the bra above your breasts and then adjusting your breasts into the cup.
