The Milano One Piece by Nessa is so flattering and works well for a variety of body and breast types. The green sparkly fabric is stunning. It's classic and very complimentary. Despite its alpha sizing (S, M, L, etc.), it provides an excellent amount of bust support. For example, the XL suit can fit up to a UK J cup/US M cup very easily. The absence of an underwire in the cup ensures a highly flexible fit. There is a rectangle of wire in the center of the cup to keep it from flipping outward, but you won't have to worry about wire poking you under the arm. I would recommend ordering your usual t-shirt size for this suit. If you have fuller hips than your bust, the cups might be loose if you order a size up. Nessa's design accommodates larger breasts, so if your breast size is more on the small-to-medium side, it's best to stick with your shirt size.
