Carefix is a great brand to consider when looking at post-op bras. The Carefix Anna features several hook-and-eye closures on the inside of the zipper to ensure it remains secure while you zip it up. I highly recommend hooking the bra first and then zipping it up. The fabric is stretchy to ensure it offers just the right amount of flexibility and compression. The straps are adjustable as well. The Anna fits fairly true to size and accommodates a large cup size. If you have issues with fastening due to mobility issues, I recommend fastening the bra above your breasts and then adjusting your breasts into the cup.

The convenient zipper front closure is completely openable for ease of use and full access to surgical site(s). Adjustable straps allow for a customizable fit. The back is lower cut to mimic the shaping of a traditional bra. A seamless design ensures no pressure is put on the sensitive areas.
