The Freedom Non-Wire Sports Bra by Panache is excellent at giving you containment with a bit of a minimized appearance. This bra works really well for all shapes but is an excellent choice for women who don't have a lot of mass at the top part of their breasts. Sports bras, in general, fit more snugly in the band, and this bra is no exception. I recommend you order one band size up for comfort but keep your cup size the same. However, if you have very full breasts, you can order one cup size up for a less compressed fit.
