If you want exceptional control and a snatched waist, the Extra Firm High Waist Long Leg Shaper is for you! This shaper is made of a material that's very firm with little to no give, which is great for a shaper, but it does result in the style running small. If you want a lot of compression, go up one size from your normal dress size. If you want a fit that's more flexible, go up two sizes. If you have a long torso or an apron belly, I would also recommend going up two sizes from your normal dress size.
